To request a return, send us an email at info@nanga-mai.com, including your order number, the items you would like to return and the reason for returning them.
How do I clean and care for my shirt?
Hand-wash or machine-wash your linen with a gentle detergent in cold or luke-warm water together with similar colors. Always use the machine's gentle or delicate cycle. If you wish to machine-dry, feel free to do so using a cool temperature setting and remove while the linen is still slightly damp. If you prefer line drying, lay your linen flat on a drying rack or hang it on a wooden or padded hanger to avoid damaging the shoulders. Ironing may not be necessary, but should you wish to iron your linen, do so while the fabric is still damp, using a hot or warm iron setting. If the fabric has already dried, you can remove wrinkles with a steamer set to medium-to-hot. White linen is best ironed on both sides; for dark linen, turn inside out and iron the inner side only. Be sure not to dry-clean or bleach your linen.
